History: He got into the Mayor business at a young age. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Efferil embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. He takes great joy in being the best Doctor in town.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He found a children's book about a Elf Rogue who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Description: He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with top hat, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 3'5" when asserting himself. His brown hair and beard is wavy and long. His ears are large.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: He was born into a rich family. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Gnomes in the west were limited. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and seeks redemption
