Personality: She considers herself the perfect lady. She makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. She is ready at a moment's notice to give into her darker urges. She is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. She often ends up burning people alive in the fires she starts.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. She moved out west to avoid the crime she committed. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

Motivation: She is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences her actions; and she feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered music. He has since lost track of the people in his past.
