History: Akmen lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Spy. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. More though she will beg to come along on any journeys. She will attempt to stowaway on any ship she can in the hopes that it will get her further away.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way north. She bought a dagger and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and her spouse's relatives view her with great suspicion

Description: She is a mite stocky and is renowned for her bright blue dresses and hats. Her silver hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: This woman loves writing and to teach people writing more than just about anything. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Dalaba was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. When Dalaba reached her early adolescence her Gnome father passed away. Feeling disconnected from the small nearby village afterwards, she decided to travel. Her rounds led her into the Army with a few individuals who would become her life-long companions. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.
