History: Arara lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. While she appears to be a normal Half-Elf, she's... not quite right. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He bought a kukri and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and a rival would like him out of the picture
