History: A child with a great deal of singing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Halfling, he's... not quite right. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: Born in the west to a Bowyer, Wella learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to her frivolously. She has gone from town to town till she finds a spot where she can set up a sustainable business.
