History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Her father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her father was legitimate. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She got into the Crown-heir business at a young age. She inherited a moderately successful company from her father. Under her leadership it has flourished, and using capital from her venture she effectively owns an entire region. After a long history of fighting, Ranala and her spouse have recently divorced.
