History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Barrister hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has been helping groups of widows and orphans who have fled abusive spouses or lost their families to dire rats.

Personality: She likes to be helpful to her clients. She likes to prescribe proper advice to her clients. She is skeptical of what others tell her and is slow to trust.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. Being a Sellsword kept her interest for a while, but then she became depressed and bored. So she turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
