Description: He is a paragon of his species. He is larger and stronger than most Half-Elves. His skin is dark but he possesses many black ritualistic tattoos. He wears violet painted combat armor at almost all times. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. He has violet eyes and a violet hat with a black feather.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Half-Elves in the east were limited. After a long history of fighting, Laucian and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: Relatively heavier built than your average woman, she is not imposing. She wears a brown costume with the symbols of death on her torso. Her beige fur is smooth and relatively long. She wears an eyepatch.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Sweet grew up listening to her mother's many stories. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Painter. She has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Half-Elven artifacts is her passion; and expand her business

Personality: Markosian is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Her parents moved while she was still in utero so she is the first generation to be born here. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: An old rival family wants her found; and to reunite with her absent mother

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is dressed in an above average manner. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.

Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. His respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to him, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, he tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in his reactions to snap at those who irritate him, Adran is combative with any and all who dare try his patience in the slightest.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: His spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion.
