Description: Runty and weak-looking, he wears a green Stetson hat and green clothes. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. This white eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. The war was a terrible time for him, and Astar does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He feels kind of lost in life.

Description: Her right thumb is blackened and bruised, but otherwise she appears quite healthy. She wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates her frame. Her blonde hair is still thick. Her voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: A grumpy gal she will invite people to lunch so she can critique them. Yet she still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. Silgre is a bit of a follower. Usually she is manipulated by her brothers into helping them out, but recently she has become more of a free agent.

History: Silgre hails from a village terrorized by dire rats. Being born in the east, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the east for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way south. By chance she met her brother recently and the two have been together since.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother.

Description: A pudgy man standing about 6'7" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears a simple burlap shirt and baggy pants. He conceals his quarterstaff with his veritable burlap sack of a shirt. He has styled his blue hair well, parting it to the left. His skin is flawless and his black eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is obsessed with his god.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Oriax was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Stableman. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: This woman is very fat, and wears a large hat to cast shadows over her face and wears ponchos to better hide her body. Her long brown fur is drawn into a two foot long braid. Her face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. Her spectacle hidden eyes are a deep green.

Personality: She is business-like. She takes instructions and follows them to the letter. She has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a woman enough she will sell her own mother. Money is her most trusted friend.

History: A powerful slaver made her what she is. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tabaxis in the south were limited. She has built up a small fortune and can afford her own way.
