History: Born in the east to a Bellfounder, Ortegar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bellfounder for hire.

Description: An older man who wears black robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a dagger, but if one is not available he will default to his lance, he is not a threatening figure. His dark red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a dagger scrunchie. He tend to wears goggles to shield his eyes.
