History: His martial talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Stylist. He now mingles about in high society.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born in the south to a Scribe, Abad learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. At a young age he wooed the heart of his future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 5 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Abad never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

Description: She tends to wear a large grey jacket. Her skin is fair and her fingers are delicate and long. Her auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines green.

Personality: She has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired her part-time. She is an amazing painter.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. When she came of age, she joined a caravan that would eventually take her to the capital. She would practice along the way and, when she arrived, be apprenticed to a Guard. Lacking all sense, she decided to go on an adventure. She picked a direction and started trekking.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and to settle down with her crush

Description: An older woman who wears many layers of old clothing at all times, she is not a threatening figure. Her broad hat is riddled with cuts and holes. Her eyes are amber.

Personality: Cloud is depressed about a lot of things. She tends to be a nihilist. She is fiercely devoted to her father, and views her father's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating her from her legal half-brother.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. When money was particularly tight she was walking through alleys when she overheard a Soapmaker hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. She made her way to the other competitor and parlayed her knowledge into a job. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her brother; and marry her brother to traveling adventurers
