History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by drow. Bertram was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the drow.

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. Her respect, as difficult as one would find it to earn, is unwavering; those who more than prove themselves to her, a bar set well above any reasonable standard, she tolerates in varying degrees. Though less modest and more hasty in her reactions to snap at those who irritate her, Mastema is combative with any and all who dare try her patience in the slightest.
