Personality: She resents people who mock her appearance or her, so she has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. A true patriot, Ootah would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: When she was but 6 years old her parents immigrated from the west. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. Some 6 years later her spouse died after the birth of her son. Heartbroken, Ootah never married again.
