History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Brewer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Brewer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Brewer.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. A true patriot, Cumpen would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. She made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. During her travels, Cumpen and her party rested in a cavern that was (unknown to them) infused with powerful dark magic. Upon awakening, Cumpen discovered the rest of her party dead, transformed into horrible, mindless undead versions of their former selves. Cumpen fled the cavern, stopping for breath at a small pool, and only then realizing her own horrible transformation.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. She helped her mother out around the business and became quite the natural. She has set out to sabotage the competition.
