History: Her divine talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. When she was little, her rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. She would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and she was stranded inside. Her family spent the next few days looking for her, and could only assume she was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Melissa took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up sword and armor she uses now. She has never given up on her poetry dream.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

Personality: She is not truly malevolent, but she is obsessed with painting. She constantly tries to fill her life with painting. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.

Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His hair, while still mostly red, has prominent grey streaks. His blue eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: Eccentric and domineering, Henry will drive conversation. He disdains his fellow westerners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Henry liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
