Personality: Here is a man who knows he is the smartest in the room. He talks down to others constantly. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Hubert was raised in a hard working conservative environment. Through the years after Hubert was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Hubert's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Tailor for the past few years.
