Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. His temper goes off on the smallest of things. He tends to lash out at those around him.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Hoshû was taken on many hunting expeditions. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and he is compelled to act according to his religious beliefs

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Detective. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In her 17th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Tawar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She ran away from her former home and has been making her living as a Detective for the past few years.

Motivation: Expand her business; and to be a seamstress again

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. She keeps her long lavender fur kept up in a rat tail. Her fair skin shows little sign of her aristocratic breeding.

Personality: She is intelligent and cunning, but she will too often allow her rage to get the better of her. She will lose her cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. To her fellows she is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when illithids swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. She was an adventurer many years ago and she formed a blood bond with her Tiefling companion (her 'brother'). She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
