She now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. A true patriot, Tagga would do anything for her country. She is fiercely protective of her fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. She advanced relatively quickly due to her good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability.
