History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Bricklayer soon after.

History: Sold as a small child to a brothel owner, Kaladan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Fletcher work with an outfit from a few towns over. Fletcher work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: She is a Deep Scion in disguise. Over the years she perfected her riding and shooting skills. She now owns her own business.

Motivation: Balancing her hectic life and new Detective responsibilities is difficult.
