Description: A middle-aged woman, she wears black leather gloves, a black jacket, and tight pants, and is pretty ugly. Her white hair has been sun bleached extensively. Her amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: She likes to brag about her accomplishments and constantly tries to beat others to the punch. She does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for her. She lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious northern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Her mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted her to inherit them. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Mayor they were divorced and she won custody of their daughter. She worked as a Masseuse, and she later adopted a second daughter.

Description: This fat western woman has a bulbous nose and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep yellow leather and dull grey iron scale mail. Her skin is also unnaturally pale. Her black hair is long and unkept. Her eyes are likewise blue. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Here is a woman who knows she is the smartest in the room. She talks down to others constantly. She can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Naivara was born the youngest of three triplets. A serious injury left her mother unemployed and in need of constant care. Her family became saddled with debt trying to care for her infirm mother. She has been saving her money to try and buy her sister's freedom.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and she feels the way she acts is they only way to get by in the world

Description: He wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His amber eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed grey hat.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Reirak was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother; and money/treasure
