History: Vani was born with her mother's beautiful face. She was taken from her home at a very young age. When she grew older, she became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. She began work as a mercenary for hire. She would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Motivation: Her relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: This dark-skinned female is wearing a long, tan, dusty cloak. She is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. Her brown hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. This green eyed northerner is not easily forgotten.

Personality: She is a melancholic, but persistent worker. She resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. As she has aged she has sought to do reparations for her actions as a youth. She is also making sure that her compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: She is a Slaad in disguise. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

Motivation: She is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get her out; and she has comitted a past crime that haunts her to this day
