She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Balifra grew up listening to her father's many stories. A few years later when the east was not economically sound they moved to her current location. She is untrained/undisciplined, which makes her dangerous.

History: She was born at the edge of vast desert. Ostracized due to the arcane powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Elves became a terror of the countryside. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her father. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She has worked as a Miller like her father before her.

Motivation: She has a rivalry with the Church that dominates her actions.
