History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Oppleby grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Oppleby. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

History: Born in the north to a Animal Trainer, Roywyn learned a great deal about her father's area of expertise. She worked as a nervous Animal Trainer and found it very stressful. She has gone from town to town working and never settling down anywhere, but has fallen for a local Architect. She hasn't told them the truth, but wants to settle down with them.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious southern family, she was no stranger to responsibility. She was an apprentice working in her father's forge. She now owns her own business.
