She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and his spouse's relatives view him with great suspicion

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He tends to his Barkeep job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: Sabotage a competitor.

Personality: She misses her glory days as an athlete. She does not mind her job, but it is boring in comparison. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born several months after her father was called into army service. At a young age both her parents were killed in an accident. Her uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took her in and had her trained in basic self defense. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: She has decided she is irredeemable; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
