Personality: She is extraordinarily eccentric. She lacks restraint and is impulsive. She jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Dagger was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He got into the Sailor business at a young age. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered poetry. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and expand his business

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. In her 18th year, her parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Azza alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: She wants revenge against gnolls; and several ex partners dislike her way of doing things and want revenge

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. A freak accident while working with his Architect mother left him crippled. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
