History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. A gypsy cursed her at a young age, leading to her ugly appearance. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. In his 10th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Ront alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: His name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it; and he seems to be bored by most things

Personality: She is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends she is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy herself. She is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: She was born in the south, but her parents moved at a very young age to the west. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She has dedicated herself to building a better trade route.
