Description: He has a large black mantle and cape that has been intricately interwoven into his white robe. He carries a battered shield and tarnished morningstar as well. He wears a colorful flower in his copper crest. His red eyes peer out from beneath his wide-brimmed black hat.

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Direcris was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Direcris fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He is typically in his Spice Merchant uniform. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. He is baby faced.

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He became a Spice Merchant soon after.

Description: He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has a slight overbite and is overall scrawny. He has moderate length blonde hair. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A middle-aged woman, she is dressed in a clean black cloak covering her clean studded leather, and is pretty ugly. She sports brown long hair. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines brown.

Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Half-Orc culture. When she's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, she's doing singing.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. She dropped out of school before completing her studies. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to share knowledge with the world
