History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. Through the years after Nyx was born, her father became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Nyx's father didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: From birth she was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. In her 14th year, her parents were killed by a giants raid, leaving Ahinar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, she was adopted. After a long history of fighting, Ahinar and her spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Someone believes her a fraud.
