History: Born in the west to a Ruler, Skirt learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

His dark red hair is drawn into a tight pony tail with a clover scrunchie. His gold eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He is an amazing painter.

History: A child with a great deal of painting talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He now owns his own business.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
