Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized white coat. He sports a long auburn beard, and similarly colored long hair. His brown eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Born in the south to a Performer, Brug learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Performer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Performer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 13 years.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: While she acts the brute, she is far gentler than she would appear. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: She was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In her formative years she discovered how persuasive she was. She began using that to her advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. She has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Her name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and she desires to right it; and many goblins want her driven away

Description: A plain young-adult woman, she is generally shirtless and showing off her tattooed chest. She has moderate length black hair. She has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. She wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: Dagnal speaks confidently about a variety of topics with grace. She is clearly well-traveled and educated. A fanatic, her devotion to her small selection of gods is unquestionable. She claims to be doing their will and will base all her actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: She was born on a small isolated farm. Her parents enrolled her in a Monk school at a young age so that she could practice her martial talents. She was granted martial powers by her dying sister.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs; and to reunite with her old friends
