History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He struck the Weaver job and began his own company from there.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he is unsatisfied with his job

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Laborer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. At a young age she wooed the heart of her future spouse and the two had a long relationship before they wed. She eventually got the idea of being the protector of her homeland from reading books, and has made it her duty.
