History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Paymon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

History: When she was but 4 years old her parents immigrated from the west. In her 13th year, while out on a day-trip, she returned to find her hometown burning and destroyed. She found her mother impaled in their home, and her father beheaded. She saw the woman who walked out, and charged her in a blind rage. The woman easily evaded and defeated her, leaving her to live broken and terrified. Due to her spouse's obsession with being a Beggar they were divorced and she won custody of their son. She worked as a Fortune-teller, and she later adopted a second son.

History: The child of western immigrants she idolized her mother. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the west were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Personality: She is fixated on the number 75. She counts her steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. She seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. She takes great joy in being the best Mortician in town.

History: Dell was born the youngest of three triplets. She helped her father out around the business and became quite the natural. She has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: She wants to meet her childhood hero; and doesn't want to be a mortician and was forced into it by her family
