History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Dara was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her mother was very strict, and drilled into her lessons on being the perfect lady. She knows her nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but her.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Scribe they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Bounty Hunter, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.
