History: She was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. She moved out south to avoid the crime she committed. She routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

History: Arara was born with her mother's beautiful face. Her parents died when she was young, and she was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Arara grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Arara. Recently she has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
