Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears dull black sweaters, loose red pants, and alligator leather shoes. Beneath his sweater he keeps a concealed lance, just in case. His auburn hair is braided into rings. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: He is a melancholic, but persistent worker. He resents family life and as such spurns the advances of admirers. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.
History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. Gorgûm abandoned his home at a very young age, living in the fields and plains. He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to orcs demanding more tribute than usual.
Motivation: To clean up the streets; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: With grey face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he wears an entirely white suit with blue socks and a vest with buckled shoes. With a patchy white beard and wild white hair. His half smiles and brown eyes are beguiling and draw you in.
Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this western guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Krimmon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Krimmon. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and he is a bit of a kleptomaniac

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking southern young adult. He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has auburn hair. His brown eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Human in existence. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.
History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. After coming to the age of reason, Heward took it upon himself to study the martial arts in their entirety; because of this, he was labeled a dark omen and banished from his homeland. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.

Personality: She runs her personal life as if detached from it. She organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits she will get from it. She can't help but pocket interesting objects she comes across
History: Her necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, her parents had her trained. After coming to the age of reason, Naamah took it upon herself to study the necromantic arts in their entirety; because of this, she was labeled a dark omen and banished from her homeland. She used her abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.
Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she has decided she is irredeemable
