History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

Personality: This man loves painting and to teach people painting more than just about anything. He keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to his own.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Naeris was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to be a cook again

Personality: She is happy with her job as a Engraver. She turns her eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. She worked as a nervous Engraver and found it very stressful. She tends to her Engraver job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations she has.

Motivation: She'd like to take her coworkers down a peg.
