Description: A middle-aged man, he wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a greataxe, but if one is not available he will default to his flail, and is pretty ugly. His hair is black and curly. His green eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.

Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Elven culture. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: Simon hails from a village terrorized by drow. His parents were killed by drow in a raid when he was still a young child. The drow captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to drow demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and a strong sense of loyalty to elven people

She has relatively light skin and is very physically imposing due to her abundance of muscles. She keeps her white hair in a flapper bob. Her face is full, her cheeks are rosy, and she always seems to sport a perfect smile and a twinkle in her amber eyes.

Personality: She thrives on attention. She does whatever is in her power to gain the attention of whomever she deems a fit date. She is used to getting what she wants. In part because she is a meticulous planner.

History: She served in the navy to pay for her family's outstanding loans. Since her mother passed away years ago, her father had doted on her, and she came to think her herself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by her attractiveness, a trait in which she easily excels the other women of her town. She guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Motivation: She is content; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: He was raised happily, as a normal child born to his mother and father. His mother taught him the rudiments of the Weaver arts, while his father instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Description: This slender woman stands about 6'0". She wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. She wears her brown hair down. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Around other people she will do her best to conceal her emotions and appear jolly.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Joan was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. She couldn't stand her childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with her mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and she made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it
