History: A child with a great deal of dancing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. While he appears to be a normal Tabaxi, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: He comes from a rich eastern family. Tûgog was born on a far eastern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Fisher. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
