Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. He inherited a moderately successful company from his mother. Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. After months of barely getting by, Balimaar managed to ambush a major caravan with a load of valuables. Instantly wealthy, he made his way to the capital under a new identity.

History: Kadana was born to in a poor docking district. She spent her early days working in the same smith shop her father was employed at, doing general labor. She was one of the best in her class, and was picked up by her current employer. She quickly showed her capability and was soon promoted to a head role. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Expand her business; and she is unsatisfied with her job

Description: This woman wears well tailored gowns and hats with beautiful decoration. She is almost always dressed for an outing in high society. She is muscular with a powerful set of arms. Her scarlet crest is knotted and matted. Her fierce gold eyes like to dwell on things.

Personality: She is curt in most of her responses. She prefers to keep her word usage to a minimum to avoid giving away unnecessary information. She is lazy, self-centered, vain, and jealous.

History: Her history is one of pain. She was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves her parents kept. Her father disappeared, and while she tried to raise money to find her father, she was betrayed dozens of times. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her daughters to still be retired.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister; and doesn't want to be a scribe and was forced into it by her family
