Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. When he's not drinking or sleeping the drinks off, he's doing dancing.

History: Percival lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Human activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Human doctor. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: She is calm most of the time but flees social interaction. She is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in her opinion.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, she was no stranger to responsibility. Being born in the west, she completed her medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. She returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. She was a general practitioner in the west for years, until she, through no fault of her own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal she made her way east. She has since lost track of the people in her past.

Motivation: Regain custody of her daughter.

Personality: She likes to make people angry or surprised. She is cautious and jumpy. She reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Williamina was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Her homeland was ravaged by war and she spent much of her life rebuilding it. She was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching her a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: She seems to be bored by most things; and to find somewhere to settle down
