Description: An imposing woman with a heavy stainless steel prosthetic right hand, she is typically in her Tanner uniform. She sports a flattop fur cut. Her eyes are green and she is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: She is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as she rather likes the sound of her voice. Her demeanor is somewhat feminine. She tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Trained by her father for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. Three liked to wander the woods near her home when she was young, something she still likes to do at least once a week. She never liked modest clothing or shoes, so she would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and she developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. She then took over the family business and is one of the better Tanner for hire.

Description: An older man who wears a robe, a symbol of his god around his neck, and a scimitar on his belt, he is not a threatening figure. His blonde hair is lengthy and is close to two feet long. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. A true patriot, Peren would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: Peren was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His parents enrolled him in a Paladin school at a young age so that he could practice his psionic talents. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Motivation: To be a Miner again; and sabotage a competitor

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he is dressed in an above average manner. His hair is white and very short. His skin is flawless and his brown eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when goblins swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Shump was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and many goblins want him driven away

Description: This slender woman stands about 4'1". She prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. She wears her golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. She has a dull look in her blue eyes.

Personality: She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind. She also is a firm believer in the womanly ideal.

History: Trained by her mother for as long as she can remember she had it drilled in her head that it was her duty to serve her country. From there she went from mercenary job to mercenary job. She has drifted apart from her friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature ceremonial dagger.

Motivation: She made a deal with a demon which lead to her current lot in life, and she's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and to prove her worth to the world
