Description: This man stands a little under 6'6" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time. His rusty crest is thinning but still full. His gold eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his 13th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Pijjirik alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Description: A woman with a cold, calculating air about her, she is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. Her brown hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. She wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation she is generally quite perceptive. She notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. She moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep her interest for a month it is impressive.

History: Gurdis hails from a village terrorized by illithids. She worked as a nervous Seamstress and found it very stressful. She now owns her own business.

Personality: He's a bit of a prankster. He knows he is clumsy and seen as such and will often feign amnesia after injury. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: Born in the south to a Carpenter, Hobart learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. He worked as a nervous Carpenter and found it very stressful. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.

Description: She is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Spice Merchant. She is physically well-built. Her hair is long and golden with streaks of black, and is pulled back with small blue clips. She is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.

Personality: She is irascible and easily irritated. She always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove her into the Spice Merchant business.

History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Chaedi was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. She eventually earned her freedom when her former master disappeared. Through the years after Chaedi was born, her mother became increasingly distant from her family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Chaedi's mother didn't care for her much, and the feeling was mutual. She's also a talented Navigator, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: She feels that her past leaves her morally obligated to help; and she'd like to take her coworkers down a peg
