Description: He is bundled in multiple layers and is prepared for a desert trek wearing a turban that covers his face most of the time, and carries bastard swords. He has done his best to style his bronze crest to look like a famous performer. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is always cheerful, even with a hangover, and is always willing to go through all sorts of trouble to help his friends. He considers everything a fun event and doesn't hold grudges. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Tabaxi companion (his 'brother'). He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: Her tongue was cut out and she uses sign language. Her home and work are filled with various knick knacks she has acquired through the years. She cares a great deal for her adopted teenage daughter.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Her first spouse was a Servant, they had one daughter, but her spouse won total custody. Without her spouse to temper her she grew out of control. She now spends her time doing works of charity.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and find a way to reverse the transformation of her sister

Description: An older woman who prefers to wear red clothing when she does not wear armor, she is not a threatening figure. Her auburn hair is heavily combed to the left. Her otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She misses her home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: She grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Because her mother participated in the massacre of their homeland, gnolls burned their ranch to the ground and forced them out. She was preparing to flee to the east, but the outbreak of war prevented her and her father from journeying east to reunite her family. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Jasmine fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

History: A child with a great deal of singing talent her parents made sure she got the chance to thrive. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. She was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
