History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. He took after his father in leading caravans. Because they were valued, his father taught him to defend himself. When his father died while fighting giants, the young Hupe began to lead the lost caravan. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: Heir to a fortune, her parents put a great deal of effort into curing her disease. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Half-Elven conditions. After a long history of fighting, Helen and her spouse have recently divorced.

History: Uthemar hails from a village terrorized by brigands. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job; and many brigands want him driven away

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. Her druidic abilities were realized during a raid on her village. She was granted druidic powers by her dying brother.
