History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kelter was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Halflings in the west were limited. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Clerebold was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is obsessed with finding treasure.

History: Cask was born the youngest of three triplets. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother.

Personality: Calm and collected, he is a well trained Banker. A true patriot, Quarethon would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. A gifted student he started as a Locksmith, but he got bored and became a Banker. He's also a talented Locksmith, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and sabotage a competitor
