History: Born to a Blacksmith, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: She likes to fabricate stories about her past exploits and how crazy she is, but in actuality she is rather bland. She does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: She was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of her parents. Her childhood dream was to be a Miner, but she was a colossal failure. She inherited the family business which she has now maintained for 7 years.

Motivation: To end her boredom; and to be a miner again

Description: He is wearing the road beaten gear of a warrior. He carries with him a set of daggers, each one with a amber on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is long and blonde with streaks of chestnut, and is pulled back with small white clips. His beard is chestnut, braided, and well cared for. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents were killed by dire rats in a raid when he was still a young child. The dire rats captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: This western woman wears an amalgamation of clothes and depending on the season will wear more layers of the continuing hodge podge. Her clothes are grease stained in places. She has wavy black fur. She wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: Her voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl she speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of her tone. She loves teas. She is very sensitive about her face. To blow off anger she lifts weights and to control her otherwise explosive temper she works out a lot.

History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. Her mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but she insists her mother was legitimate. She now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: She is compelled to act according to her religious beliefs.
