Description: With violet face paint in a stripe pattern across her face, she prefers to wear green pants and tee shirts. Her chestnut hair is still thick. She is missing an eye and her face is severely sunburned. Her one remaining eye shines gold.
Personality: She has schizophrenia that causes her to hear things that aren't there and will sometimes respond to them. She uses divination through singing.
History: She was born at the edge of vast plains. Her mother was a soldier and died while she was still young. Verin was left her mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. She was granted necromantic powers by her dying brother.
Motivation: She wants nothing more than to rejoin the army; and to settle down with her crush

Description: She is of a modest build and height, but she carries herself more imposing than she is. She wears a brown tunic with blue highlights, and long tan pants that bunch up around her shoes. Her hair is brown, silky, and of moderate length. Her skin is flawless and her blue eyes scan people very quickly.
Personality: She has always had a great fascination with Gnomish culture. The war was a terrible time for her, and Ida does not often speak of it. When she does, she does so with a strained expression and tears in her eyes.
History: Born to a poor family in the city she treasured whatever gifts she got. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Human conditions. Recently a tribe of drow attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ida fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: To fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever; and she wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is lean but muscular and wears a simple black robe with tan stripes complete with hood. He keeps his red crest in a pixie cut. He has a dull look in his gold eyes.
Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: Medrash was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Fighter, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Fighter in service of a powerful lord somewhere. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way east. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
Motivation: His relatives are trying to arrange a marriage; and regain custody of his son

Description: This younger middle-aged man is wearing colorful clothing, dressed as a Sculptor, and a wedding ring on his right hand. He has a long chestnut beard with little hanging trinkets. He has a tattooed face.
Personality: Roondar is a sociable creature first and foremost. He loves to listen to people at length before talking their ear off. He can carry on conversation for hours and will do so. A true patriot, Roondar would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.
History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Being a Sculptor kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
