Description: 5'5" and lanky with angular features, he is an attractive figure. History: Pelt was born with her mother's beautiful face. As a young adult she joined a group advocating for an improvement in Tabaxi conditions. She remains aloof and afraid to be herself due to all the ideals others have placed upon her.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is harsh and unforgiving.

History: She was born to loving parents in a slum to the west. She was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. She never won. After a long history of fighting, Ovina and her spouse have recently divorced.
