Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. He is obsessed with a lost civilization.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Forcas grew up listening to his mother's many stories. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Forcas has worked very hard to control his curse. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he prefers to wear fine silks, though has several suits of combat armor for his hunting needs. His blonde hair, when down, is lengthy. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He does not regard money as being a problem because it has never been a problem for him. He lives in a bit of an ivory tower believing all problems are one quick intervention away from being solved.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His parents were killed by goblins in a raid when he was still a young child. The goblins captured him, and made him a slave and general play-thing. He was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to his deformed appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and money/treasure

Personality: She barks her statements quickly and with little fuss. She prefers small words and is at her heart utilitarian. She invites people to come help in her community garden.

History: She was born in the east, but her parents moved at a very young age to the south. She took every job she could get her hands on, but the opportunities for Humans in the east were limited. She moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: She is terrified, and will act out of fear.

Description: This younger middle-aged woman wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and a wedding ring on her left hand. She has moderate length chestnut hair. Her eyes are likewise gray. Her teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: She tends to agree with only herself unless someone else's opinion sounds like she can profit from it. She tries to control her temper but she can't always stop herself from what she feels what must be done. She is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: She was a bastard born out of an affair, and her mother always resented and mistreated her for it out of spite. Ostracized due to the psionic powers of her oldest sister, she and her siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Gnomes became a terror of the countryside. After a long history of fighting, Mardnab and her spouse have recently divorced.
