History: Merla lived on a farm with her mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. One day when Merla was young, her mother was sewing while trying to overcome the flu, when suddenly her mother dropped to the ground dead. Her mother had died from a severe disease that was unknown to the village doctor. Merla was heart-stricken from the event, and her father started working long hours to provde for them. When her spouse passed she lost her only source of income but claims to her sons to still be retired.

History: Her mother raised her in a mountain cabin. While she appears to be a normal Tabaxi, she's... not quite right. Perhaps she's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that she plain doesn't fit in. She bought a shortspear and has really upped her game hunting, due to her understanding of decoy and ambush.

Personality: She considers herself the protector of her home. She feels this is her duty and calling. She keeps company with all sorts of races to see how they think and challenge minds foreign to her own.

History: Raised by wardens she was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Her parents were killed by gnolls in a raid when she was still a young child. The gnolls captured her, and made her a slave and general play-thing. She was beaten and tortured regularly, leading to her deformed appearance. She was granted divine powers by her dying brother.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, she has a hard time making friends. Dell enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for her love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: She was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for her. It may also be what makes her so good at details. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Dell has worked very hard to control her curse. She hasn't been sleeping well lately.
